Team Raleigh members give feedback on Galius Sun products

After supplying Team Raleigh at the beginning of this year with Galius massage and sun protection creams, the riders have had ample opportunity to use the products in some of the most extreme weather conditions. We thank Sam Witmitz, Matt Holmes and Mark O'Brien for sending us their initial opinions and wish them a successful race season.

Team Raleigh takes the lead at the Tour de Normandie

Alex Blain secured a fantastic double coup for Team Raleigh in winning stage three of the Tour de Normandie on Thursday – reclaiming the yellow jersey and helping to move the team into overall first place ahead of the last three days of racing.

Great team work and perfectly executed tactics aided Alex to victory in the 159km race between Thuit-Signol and Argentan.

Briton tackles the cobbles for Movistar

Alex Dowsett (Movistar) looks set to make his grand tour debut later this year at the Giro d'Italia. The British time trial specialist crashed out of yesterday's Dwars Door Vlaanderen and despite taking a knock to one of his knees, will look to race this weekend's Gent-Wevelgem before competing in both the Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix.

Movistar's Nairo Quintana wins Volta a Catalunya stage three after Bradley Wiggins attacks

Nairo Quintana (Movistar) won stage three of the Volta a Catalunya on Wednesday in an explosive finale at the ski resort of Vallter 2000 near Girona. Once again, Bradley Wiggins (Sky) rode aggressively to put pressure on his rivals.

Quintana's Movistar team-mate Valverde placed second at six seconds, with Joaquim Rodriguez (Katusha) in third and Wiggins in fourth at the same time.

Valverde moved into the overall race lead, six seconds ahead of Rodriguez with Wiggins in third at 10 seconds

Raleigh's Tom Scully wins Tour de Normandie prologue stage

Tom ‘The Scud’ Scully picked up a stunning 1st place in the prologue stage of the Tour de Normandie today – sending out a strong message to Team Raleigh’s rivals ahead of the first full day of racing.

Dowsett says the wind was the biggest problem in the intense effort

The Movistar Team finished second behind Omega Pharma-QuickStep at the Tirreno-Adriatico team time trial, using their experience and strength as a team to beat the likes of BMC Racing Team and Cannondale Pro Cycling Team and 2012 winner Orica-GreenEdge.

Team Raleigh secure their first podium spot of the season

Team Raleigh secured their first podium spot of the season last weekend and were in with a great chance of further glory before bad luck struck at the GP Lillers.

On Saturday, New Zealander Tom Scully took second place at the, Eddie Soens Memorial Race in Aintree, Team Raleigh’s first UK race of the season, only losing out on the gold to double Olympic champion, Ed Clancy.
