Cat Morrison's impressive display at Ironman 70.3 World Championship Las Vegas

Congratulations to Cat Morrison for her impressive 4th place in Sunday's Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Las Vegas.
Melissa Hauschildt of Australia won back her Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Las Vegas today. A 29:19 swim saw Hauschildt leave the water 3:20 down on fellow Aussie Annabel Luxford and defending champion Leanda Cave. Whilst not quite the swim she would have liked, the Aussie wasted no time in chasing down the leaders.

Congratulations to Galius Sun supported athlete, Cat Morrison for her 3rd place in Wiesbaden on Sunday.

Cat swam a 24:52 to start the bike amongst the third group of girls, 2:40 down on racer leader Luxford. Lucy Gossage dominates Ironman UK

Galius Sun supported athlete, Lucy Gossage was too strong for the assembled pro field, leading the way from the outset. She was out of the water in 52:30, a minute ahead of Bella Bayliss, who was closely followed by top age-grouper, Rachael Hares, and fellow pros Jo Carritt and Amy Foreshaw. Gemma Steel clinches 7th place in World Half-Marathon Championships

Galius Sun supported athlete Gemma Steel secured a fine top ten place in the World Half-Marathon Championships being the first non-African finisher in 7th place with a time of 71.09. Sophie Hitchon sets new GB record on way to final

GALIUS supported athlete, Sophie Hitchon broke her own British record in the hammer with a throw of 71.98m to reach Friday's final.

The 21-year-old from Burnley struggled with her first two efforts but beat her previous best by 37cm with her final throw to finish fifth in her group and qualify in 10th place.

It was the fourth time Hitchon has beaten the British mark this season.

Lucy Gossage takes victory in TriStar MK

British Philip Graves and Lucy Gossage were the first winners of theTriStar111 Milton Keynes in a fast and fun race over an unique distance hosted for the first time in the UK: 1km swimming, 100km cycling and 10km running.

Gemma Steel wins BUPA Great North 10K in record time.

Galius Sun supported athlete, Gemma Steel takes a comfortable win in the Lord Mayor's 5km Road Race for the second year in succession.

Congratulations to Spohie Hitchon for booking her place at London 2012 Olympics

Galius Sun supported GB Hammer Thrower Sophie Hitchon became the first UK athlete to confirm her place in Team GB for the Olympics at the Aviva Athletics Trials in Birmingham over the weekend.

Lucy Gossage ripped through the field to add the 2012 ETU Powerman European Duathlon Champion title to her recent British Elite Duathlon Championship success.

Second after the first run, she was passed on the bike by Eva Nyström (SWE), who finished second at the legendary Powerman Zofingen last season.
