Ian Wilkinson wins Saturdays Eddie Soens Memorial Race.

In the biggest British race of the season so far, Wilkinson’s blistering sprint enabled him to edge breakaway compatriots Graham Briggs and Rob Partridge in a sprint for the line.

Followed by Alexandre Blain's Severn Bridge Road Race victory on Sunday
Team Raleigh’s Alexandre Blain did a proper job at the Severn Bridge Road Race on Sunday, making the early break, winning all King of the Mountains (KOM) sections and out-sprinting four breakaway compatriots for the race win.The 42nd edition of the race covered three laps of a drizzly, blustery and undulating 20-mile circuit, starting at Malmesbury and heading east towards Purton and Royal Wooton Bassett in Wiltshire.
